UTILITY BILL PAYMENTS - Village of Germantown Citizen Self Service Portal

The Village’s Citizen Self Service Portal provides you with web-based access to utility services and information through a customized website accessed over a secure internet connection. This portal gives you the ability to pay utility bills online, update your ‘bill to/mailing’ address, or change your bill delivery preference (eBill vs. paper bill.)

Online utility bill payments should be made through the Citizen Self Service Portal. The Village no longer accepts utility bill payments via Doculivery or Point & Pay.
You can also pay your utility bill through your personal online banking.

PROPERTY TAXES AND PARK & RECREATION PAYMENTS

Property Tax Payments

Village of Germantown taxpayers are able to make property tax payments in person at Village Hall until January 31st only.

All second installment property tax payments MUST paid to the Washington County Treasurer.
Please refer to the installment coupons at the bottom of your tax bill for instructions and dates.
Additional Payment Information

Through January 31st, Village Hall will accept EXACT CHANGE cash and check payments ONLY.

Personal checks must be made payable to: Village of Germantown.
If paying with an escrow check, please make sure the check is endorsed properly according to how the check is written.
- Example: If the check is written to 'Mary and Jay Smith' - then BOTH Mary AND Jay must endorse the back of the check.
Credit card and debit card property tax payments will NOT be accepted at Village Hall, since they can be made directly online through the Washington County website at: Pay Taxes Online.

NOTE: If also paying utility bills and/or pet license renewals - SEPARATE checks are needed for each category. DO NOT combine into one check.

Park & Recreation Payments

The Germantown Park & Recreation Department offers online payment and registration options for recreation programs and facility rentals Recreation Programming and Park Facility Rentals. Those payments are processed through the online registration website WebTrac.
