The following applications submitted to the department for Plan Commission review and approval shall include a Word-formatted digital file of the subject property's legal description:

- Certified Survey Map
- Conditional Use Permit
- Land Use Plan Map Amendment
- Rezoning/Planned Development District (PDD)
- Subdivision Plat

ALL applications submitted to the department for Plan Commission review and approval are required to submit a complete digital copy (PDF/CD/Dropbox) of all supporting documents (including all plans, reports, surveys, etc.) at the time of application or sent via e-mail attachment within 3 days after the date of application. 

- Rezoning/Planned Development District (PDD)
